There’s a great deal of specialized terminology associated with the practice of law, but tech speak is a whole other bag of tricks. During Thursday’s installment of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Annual Meeting, the virtual panel “Lost in Translation: Tech Speak for Non-Techies” delved into some of the lingo that in-house attorneys may find themselves using when negotiating software agreements, consulting arrangements or the working in the cybersecurity realm.
