Everyone is under varying degrees of stress in the COVID-19 environment. But even before the new coronavirus pandemic, there has been a rise in levels of anxiety, depression and self-harming in the world due to what Dr. Helena Boschi, a psychologist and CEO of Chequered Leopard, calls a “sense of individualism.”

In a webinar hosted by ALM Media on Thursday, Boschi said because of this shift, those in leadership and management positions need to prioritize the well-being of their in-house teams and continue to speak with them as often as possible.
