Aryzta, the Swiss-Irish food company, announced on Monday that an experienced corporate attorney will lead its legal department come the fall.

Rhona O’Brien, a native of Waterford, Ireland, will become the company’s general counsel and company secretary beginning Sept. 11. O’Brien, who will also be a part of Aryzta’s group executive committee, joins Aryzta from a senior legal role at pharmaceutical and medical device company DCC Vital.
