Private equity firm Bain Capital is once again turning to Ropes & Gray to fill its top in-house legal position.

Christopher Green, co-lead of Ropes & Gray’s global private equity and hedge fund SEC enforcement and litigation group, will become Bain’s managing director and general counsel, beginning his transition Sept. 1, according to a source familiar with the private equity firm.
