UnitedHealth Group (UNH) announced in November that it would inject its legal department with a little double trouble and appoint both Mitchell Zamoff and Christopher J. Walsh to share the company's general counsel job. Before the move, Walsh and Zamoff had shared the duties of executive vice president and general counsel on an interim basis since January 2009.
