So far, the bank has only taken legal action against one of the Dewey & LeBoeuf partners to whom it loaned money meant to cover capital contributions. But with that partner accusing Citi of committing fraud and court filings suggesting Citi may have other lawsuits in the works, the litigation could just be getting started.
