McDermott Will & Emery, looking to bulk up the firm’s presence in white-collar investigations, regulation, and cyber work, managed to do all of that Thursday, bringing on a seven-attorney white-collar litigation team from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, as well as the former chief of the Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

The Orrick group consists of partners Guy Singer (New York), Anne Murray (Washington, D.C.), Franklin Monsour Jr. (New York), Kelly Newsome (New York), and Caitlin Sheard (D.C.). Sagar Ravi, the former SDNY prosecutor, will also be based in D.C.
