In a quest to establish a national presence, Baltimore-based Am Law 200 firm Offit Kurman has combined with Los Angeles boutique Clark & Trevithick.
The affiliation, which added 14 attorneys to Offit, effective Thursday, is the latest of several that the firm has completed in the past year. Much of the firm’s recent growth has been accomplished via combinations, which are expected to contribute to 7% to 10% revenue growth in 2022, according to Offit Kurman chair Ted Offit.
