Womble Bond Dickinson and U.K. law firm BDB Pitmans have confirmed they are currently in merger talks.
A spokesperson for Womble Bond confirmed that the two firms “are in early discussions around a potential merger”.
The deal, which is in early stages, would add a £59 million shop to the U.S. firm's global footprint.
