Milbank is boosting associate pay, moving salaries for current first-years up to $215,000 and giving $20,000 more annually to senior associates. Milbank’s chair, in an interview, cited rising inflation, a strong financial year and the firm’s lawyers “working harder than ever” as reasons behind the pay raise.
