After eight years at the helm of Barnes & Thornburg, managing partner Bob Grand will turn over the reins in 2022.

The firm announced this week that Andrew Detherage, a litigation partner who has spent his entire 32-year legal career with the firm, will lead Barnes & Thornburg next November. He said in an interview last week that he wants to extend the initiatives that’ve helped the firm grow from $346 million in gross revenue and 90th in the Am Law 200 in 2014, to $506.2 million and 78th on the list last year.
