While most Am Law 200 firms have shied away from setting targets to return to the office, Ropes & Gray has planted a flag in the sand, telling attorneys and staff that the current period of “permissive office usage” in the firm’s U.S. offices will continue until Labor Day.
Chair Julie Jones shared the update in a memo sent to firm personnel last week, praising the firm’s attorneys and staff for working together successfully during the past year of remote work.
