Foley & Lardner, in a bid to build out its tech and life sciences practices, is adding nine M&A and corporate lawyers in the San Francisco Bay Area, including former DLA Piper rainmaker Louis Lehot.

The Milwaukee-founded Am Law 50 firm announced this week the addition of four partners, three counsel and two associates, as well as paralegals and administrative staff in the firm’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. The 15-person group focuses on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and private equity.
