The newest metric included in The American Lawyer's A-List ranking is a score based on the percentage of female lawyers in a firm's equity partnership ranks.

Last year we began including in our A-List calculations a score based on the number of women in equity partnership. This chart details the statistics used to determine that score, ranking the responding Am Law 200 by the percentage of women in their equity tiers.
