Seyfarth Shaw has formed an association with a Hong Kong law firm, and has hired King & Wood Mallesons partner Raymond Wong to serve as managing partner of the firm’s recently opened Hong Kong office.
At King & Wood Mallesons, Wong advised on capital market deals. In March, he represented Canada’s Persta Resources Inc. on a $28 million initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
