Court documents say Katherine Mandola, 27, was arrested last month and charged with criminal soliciting.
A New Hampshire woman has been charged with hiring a hit man to kill the wife of a prominent lawyer. A law partner of B.J. Branch's said, contrary to some reports, that Katherine Mandola and Branch did not have a personal relationship, and that Mandola was a client. In a statement, the firm said Branch expressed concerns about the woman while representing her, and arranged to only see her when others were present or, if no one was available, to only meet her in a conference room with the door open.
