The firm announced the appointment of its first-ever board of directors, which will consist of the firm's six recently named management committee members and nine nonmanagement members. The naming of the board follows the recent announcement by founders Stephen A. Cozen and Patrick J. O'Connor that they would be reducing their leadership roles within the firm.
