A Wisconsin state appeals court has refused to overturn the conviction of a prisoner who said no one ever saw him send a death threat to a judge. The court noted on Wednesday that the envelope was marked with the man's name, inmate number and the address of the prison where he's serving time for assault-by-a-prisoner and reckless injury charges.
