Coffina, a partner in the white-collar practice group, is leaving on Monday and will start as an associate counsel to President Bush on May 7. Coffina said that with the change in Congress, the White House faces increased oversight demands. Noting that he would be leaving an emerging niche practice in campus security law, Coffina said, "It is a sacrifice, but it really is a unique opportunity."
