When Davis Polk & Wardwell corporate restructuring partner Marshall Huebner stood before U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Adlai Hardin Jr. on February 7 to request the approval of the disclosure statement that would bring his client, Delta Air Lines Inc. out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, 210,000 people — indentured trustees, bondholders and airline employees — had the right to object.

No one did.
