Miami attorney Mark Gold has filed a federal lawsuit against the Florida Bar and Bar ethics counsel Elizabeth Tarbert, alleging that the Bar engaged in a “witch hunt” and selectively enforced Bar advertising rules against him.
Gold, who runs The Ticket Clinic with 10 offices around the state, filed his suit last Friday in Miami, just days before the start of a Bar disciplinary trial against him for alleged advertising violations.
