Long, with twice the judicial and scholarly citations (160) of his nearest competitor, the Beatles (74). Since Dylan has so much to say about the law, consultant Joey Asher examined what his lyrics communicate about the law. The answer, he found, wasn't blowin' in the wind, especially if, in the grand tradition of Dylan interpretation, you read between Bob's famously opaque lines.
