Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo has recruited two New York partners from McDermott, Will & Emery, Andrew B. Roth and David S. Ivill, both of whom specialize in health care matters. They will be joined by one associate from McDermott Will. Boston-based Mintz Levin has about 450 lawyers worldwide, with around 70 in New York.
