No whistleblower relief is available in the Court of Claims, a judge has reluctantly concluded in embracing a 12-year-old trial court decision.

Court of Claims Judge Philip J. Patti of Rochester, N.Y., said the state Legislature has done nothing since his former colleague, Judge John L. Bell, in Taylor v. State, Misc 2d 120, blew the whistle on the whistleblower statute and held that it did not specifically contemplate relief in the Court of Claims.
