Great Florida Bank, South Florida’s fastest-growing new financial institution, has been slapped with a federal cease-and-desist order for violating U.S. anti-money-laundering laws.
The order is the first time the Coral Gables, Fla.-based bank has been publicly disciplined for failing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act.
