A federal judge in New Jersey last week ordered a publisher to stop using an unauthorized photograph of a Grammy-nominated singer on the cover of a graphic book -- and to recall distributed copies. The judge found the photo might tempt book buyers to think that R&B singer Marc Dorsey endorsed the work, "Legit Baller", which focuses on the life and sexual escapades of a convicted crack-cocaine dealer. Dorsey claimed that the picture had already cost him professional opportunities.
