Every firm claims to have an atmosphere of collegiality, but Philadelphia's Caesar Rivise Bernstein Cohen & Pokotilow gets it right. At the 27-lawyer intellectual property boutique, seven of those attorneys have been with the firm for more than 20 years, with some nearing the 50-year mark. In the 41 years managing partner Manny Pokotilow has been with the firm, just four lawyers have left. Although Caesar Rivise fields big firm merger offers each year, it remains committed to its unique culture.

While she would take the time to fill in your whole name, the atmosphere among attorneys and staff at the 27-lawyer intellectual property boutique is one of collegiality and informality.
