"Justice Ramos recently wrote that he takes comfort from the fact that the Appellate Division will review his rulings," Grasso said Thursday. "So do I." Grasso is being sued by the New York AG's office, which argues that Grasso's $187.5 million pay package was excessive under the state's not-for-profit law.
