Richard A. Grasso, the ex-New York Stock Exchange chairman, will ask the New York Appellate Division, 1st Department, to review Justice Charles E. Ramos’ decision ordering him to repay as much as $100 million in compensation from his former employer.

“Justice Ramos recently wrote that he takes comfort from the fact that the Appellate Division will review his rulings,” Grasso said late Thursday. “So do I.”
