General counsel Sharon Le Duy and CEO Bonnie Shelby stepped down. Le Duy's attorney said her client "did not participate in or know about any intentional misstating of stock options at CNET." But a review of SEC filings by The Recorder shows Le Duy did receive grants when the stock was trading at quarterly lows.
