Two class action law firms -- Berger & Montague PC and Lerach, Coughlin, Stoia, Geller, Rudman & Robbins -- announced Wednesday that they have reached a $336 million agreement with Visa USA, MasterCard Inc. and a number of other credit and debit card issuers over charges for foreign currency conversions. The settlement is subject to approval by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and also includes an agreement to resolve related lawsuits, including one pending in California.
