Bingham McCutchen has poached Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman partner William Abrams, who until recently headed the firm’s IP litigation team.
Abrams had been with Pillsbury for seven years and was expected to join Bingham’s East Palo Alto, Calif., office Wednesday.
