A Michigan teenager has waived his preliminary hearing on charges stemming from the online posting of an explicit photo of a 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl engaged in sexual activity at a party at the teenager's home. The decision by Ryan Zylstra, 17, means his case will be bound over for trial in Allegan County Circuit Court. If convicted of using a computer to produce "child sexually abusive material," Zylstra faces up to 20 years in prison.
