Satisfaction with outside law firms is “particularly low” right now, according to Marcie L. Borgal, senior strategic analyst at The BTI Consulting Group Inc. in Wellesley, Mass. Her company came to this conclusion after a series of hour-long interviews with more than 200 GCs and deputy and associate GCs at Fortune 1000 corporations.
