Saul Ewing has joined the string of law firms raising their starting salaries. The firm has increased its first-year pay to $125,000 in all of its offices, with the exception of Harrisburg, Pa., where associates make slightly less, according to firm managing partner David S. Antzis. The salary trend started when DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary announced in January that it was increasing its starting salary to $125,000 in Philadelphia.
