A New Zealand author wants to sue the makers of the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie movie "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" for stealing the story idea from his children's book. Gavin Bishop says similarities between the film's plot and a book he wrote in 1997 titled "The Secret Lives of Mr. and Mrs. Smith" are "too close to be accidental." Bishop says he can't afford to file a suit, but would be happy if a lawyer wanted to take up his case.
