Christopher Duncan pleaded guilty last week to killing Jagdip Najran, a law student and aspiring singer. Duncan, who reportedly told police he was high on Ecstasy and LSD at the time, beat Najran with a metal baseball bat, then stuffed her body into a suitcase in a scene reminiscent of a murder played out in Eminem's "Stan" video.
