Lawyer Bill Tangeman has a mission: filming the caffeine-powered quest of a man intent on visiting every Starbucks in the world. A deputy county attorney, Tangeman uses vacation time and long weekends to meet at various spots in the U.S. with the computer programmer, who calls himself "Winter." Tangeman had wanted to film a documentary for years and says he found Winter's story "fascinating" -- but Winter says he's baffled by the attention his pursuit has brewed up.
