A federal appeals court Monday reinstated a lawsuit from a woman who claimed a migraine headache kept her from finishing a law school final exam. George Mason University law school officials had rejected the plea for additional time to complete the test, and the woman's lawsuit seeking another chance was later dismissed. A three-judge panel of the 4th Circuit, however, unanimously gave her another shot at arguing she was a victim of disability discrimination and unconstitutional retaliation.
