The California Court of Appeals on Thursday upheld a state law requiring that wine with "Napa" on its label be made mostly from Napa grapes. The ruling was a disappointment to Bronco Wine Co. -- makers of the popular Two Buck Chuck -- which had challenged the state law. Napa vintners say selling non-Napa wines under the Napa label weakens their product's value.
