How did Corporate Counsel determine who represents America's largest corporations? The short answer: by polling the GCs of the Fortune 250. General counsel were asked to name their primary law firms for litigation, corporate transactions, labor and employment, intellectual property and corporate governance. That last category is making its debut on the annual survey, having been added to get a sense of the law firm market in the post-Sarbanes-Oxley era.
