As new laws facilitate foreign investment in China, U.S.-based firms seem bent on reaping the rewards of that country's flourishing economy. Some 40 law firms are already busy with corporate matters, including IPOs and privatizations. Next on the horizon: the telecom industry and the outsourcing boom.
