Details of the death 10 years ago of Clinton administration lawyer Vincent Foster were aired in an unlikely forum Wednesday: the Supreme Court. The Court is being asked to decide whether death scene photos of Foster must be released under the Freedom of Information Act. Numerous investigations found that Foster committed suicide, but a California lawyer's questioning of that conclusion has raised a new issue for the Court.
