A former partner at San Francisco's Fliesler Dubb Meyer & Lovejoy claims the firm has dragged its feet on paying $753,000 it owes him. Warren Wolfeld, who has since partnered with a new firm, has sued his former firm and two of its partners for breach of contract. In an Oct. 31 complaint, Wolfeld claims the intellectual property firm used the money it still owes him "to continue to operate the firm," in violation of the firm's partnership agreement.
