Internet risks are many and varied, and they're growing constantly. The end result can be the shutting down of networks, destruction of data or the theft of information. Network security risks are far different than traditional risks for which companies maintain traditional insurance policies that cover damage to tangible physical property. Since coverage is so important and the field is so new, businesses would do well to consult with expert counsel in this area.
