A federal judge in Oklahoma has dismissed a case that alleged Google purposefully and maliciously decreased PageRanks on its Internet search engine that had been previously assigned to Web sites related to SearchKing, a Web site directory. Had Google lost this case, it could have opened the floodgates for many parties to question how Google and other search engines rank search results.
