When DC Comics patterned two comic characters after musicians Johnny and Edgar Winter, the brothers didn't like what they saw. The characters were long-haired, half-worm albino villains who lived underground and ate raw pig brains. The Winters -- albinos with pale skin and long white hair -- sued for defamation and misappropriation of their likenesses. On Tuesday, their case goes before the California Supreme Court.
