Ford Motor Co. and a female employee who complained of sexual harassment have agreed to settle the case for an undisclosed amount of money. Ford also has agreed to give managers more training to prevent similar harassment, according to a Ford spokeswoman. The settlement between Ford and Jill Nabozny, an employee at its Dearborn, Mich., stamping plant, still requires the approval of a federal judge.
