In an action filed by the EEOC against Wal-Mart under Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title I of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the parties agree to resolve the matter by entry of a Consent Decree which sets forth, inter alia , provisions for non-discrimination, non-retaliation and monetary relief.
