Two college students were arrested for an anthrax hoax that halted postal service in the town of Murray, Ky., after white powder spilled from an envelope. The students allegedly intended to send the letter -- which tests indicated contained powdered sugar -- to friends as a joke, but Murray police Capt. Eddie Rollins said the students "were coming to understand the seriousness of it when they were taken into custody."
