New Jersey moves a step forward to achieving a paperless court system on May 1, when attorneys will be permitted for the first time to file appeals to the Appellate Division electronically.
A Supreme Court order published today enables the move by relaxing rules that require signatures and prescribe the form of papers filed on appeal.
